SNIPY

I took this position in March. Nobody told me for how long, so I assumed forever.

I have counted the same pigeon eleven times. I have watched a man park badly and come back four hours later and park badly again. My legs went to sleep in week two and we have not spoken since.

Someone comes on the radio every morning and asks if I have a visual. I say yes. I always have a visual. That was never the problem.

I am not moving until it happens. It is going to happen.
